- Coordinate private transportation, airport transfers, tours, schedules, routes, drivers, and customer support.
- Respond to inquiries, send relevant service details, and provide travel assistance.
- Comply with applicable legal, accounting, and tax obligations in Costa Rica.
- AI Processing: Inquiries made through our virtual assistant are processed using language models to provide immediate answers and guide users. Personal data is not used to train public AI models.

- Consent and Transparency: we collect data when provided by the user or when indispensable for the requested booking.
- Purpose Limitation: we do not use data for purposes outside tourism management, support, or legal compliance.
